While there, she enjoyed serving the Tempe congregation in several roles, including church secretary, congregational events planner, and worship coordinator. After many years of living in Arizona, God's next plan was to bless Rebeca, her husband Scott and their two wonderful girls to Texas to be near family in Tyler. Rebeca tries to sketch or paint whenever she can and she has always enjoyed reading, tennis, and yoga.

  • Jon Carole gilbreath, finance manager

Jon Carole Gilbreath joined the staff at Shiloh in December 2015, as the finance person. She graduated from Tyler Junior College and the School of Installment Lending in Tulsa, Ok., and completed several other continuing education classes. Later, she taught several Installment Lending Classes for Kilgore Junior College at Longview Extension Center, and brings 30 years of banking experience to her job.

She and Travis enjoyed over 40 years of serving others, primarily young people. In the past she taught teenage girls for over 10 years and many ladies classes. Without Travis, she continues to serve by cooking for many of the events Shiloh hosts, teaching a cooking class twice a year, and taking food to anyone she thinks needs it. She loves sharing recipes and cooking tips with anyone who asks and is working on a cookbook. She enjoys traveling, and working at Shiloh with the other staff members. She has one daughter, Michelle, and one sister, nephew and niece.

  • Kyle Graham, student minister

Born and raised in Ft. Worth, Kyle left Texas to attend York College and earn a BA in Biblical Studies. While there, he met his wonderful wife, Vicki, and they were married shortly after graduation in 2005. Kyle worked as an Assistant Youth Minister in Tulsa, OK with the Park Plaza Church for just over three years and then moved to the Dominican Republic to work as a missionary alongside the Park Plaza Church. After returning from the Dominican in 2010, he turned his attention to entrepreneurship, but his career in real estate was thwarted by God, who still wanted him in ministry. Kyle took a Youth Ministry position in Uvalde, TX with the Getty St. Church in early 2012. After three great years at Getty St., God opened a door to come to Tyler and Shiloh Road in 2015. When asked about his favorites, this is what Kyle had to say, "My favorite food growing up was box mac-'n-cheese with hotdogs. My palate has evolved since, but I'll still cozy up to a bowl every now and again."  Special Interest? "Hiking and Camping, Cycling, anything outdoors and active is right up my alley." Neat Fact? "I know all the state capitols...really, ask me." When he’s not working with students and their families, Kyle enjoys spending time with his family, cycling, hunting, and watching Rangers baseball. Kyle and Vicki have two boys.

  • Tiffany Manley, nursery coordinator & communications coordinator

Tiffany graduated from Texas A&M University in 2009 with her degree in Interdisciplinary Studies. She taught third grade in Whitehouse for four years before becoming a stay-at-home mom. She and her husband Nathan married in 2008 and have two precious children who keep them active and on their toes. Tiffany has been “hooked on Shiloh” since her first visit in 2008 because of the genuine hospitality of others and the authentic relationships she has formed and witnessed over the years. She happily joined the Shiloh staff in 2016 as the Nursery Coordinator and took on an additional role as the Communications Coordinator in 2017. Through these roles she hopes to help parents and the Shiloh community connect with one another to form deeper relationships. In her abundant spare time (ha!) Tiffany enjoys crafting, a competitive round of volleyball, and Girls’ Nights.

  • kay RISInGER, administrative assistant

  • JUdy wilmoth

Judy Wilmoth joined the staff at Shiloh in July 2017. She graduated from The University of Texas at Tyler in 1993 with a M.S. in Clinical Exercise Physiology and began working at UT Health Northeast as an Exercise Specialist in cardiopulmonary diagnostics and rehabilitation. She worked there for almost 20 years until Shane's career relocated the family to the Denton area. While she was in the Metroplex, Judy joined the staff at Singing Oaks Church of Christ as the Campus Center Coordinator and spent two years working with the college students of UNT and TWU. Working at a hospital and a church may seem vastly different, but to Judy the jobs were the same: caring for people in two different settings.

Judy and her husband Shane have been married for 22 years and have one son, Parker. They have been active members at Shiloh since 1999. Before she was on staff, Judy was always involved with the ministries at Shiloh Road. She and Shane were a support family for the Single's Ministry; she led Bible studies and organized activities for the young moms when her son was young and she taught for many years in the preschool classes.

Judy has always had a passion for sports and in fact played softball in college at Oklahoma Baptist University for three years while she worked on her undergraduate degree. She still plays softball and is involved in other sports such as mountain biking, cycling, running and Cross Fit.
