We seek to Engage Our Neighbors by supporting and serving others located across the yard and across the world.
MISSIONS
We seek to be a part of expanding the Kingdom of God by actively supporting mission teams and individuals. By God's blessing, Shiloh is grateful for the opportunity to partner with active mission works in Peru, France, New Zealand, Mexico, Canada, and North Dakota. We also support organizations such as Eastern European Missions, Healing Hands International, Missions Resource Network, Sunset International Bible Institute, Christian Urban Development Association, and the BICA (Bible Institute of Central America).
Peru
Team Arequipa is currently comprised of four families living and working in Arequipa, Peru, a developing city of a million people. This mission outreach was begun in 2008, when Greg and Megan McKinzie and Kyle and Larissa Smith first arrived in Arequipa--and shortly thereafter, the church was established. In order to become better known and involved in the community, CUDA (Christian Urban Development Association), a non-governmental, non-profit, faith-based organization was formed to help overcome cycles of poverty among the working poor. Over time and to further help to share the gospel of Christ throughout the community, Team Arequipa has worked extensively with public schools to better reading comprehension skills and is also involved with public health centers to increase awareness of the benefits to a healthy physical and spiritual lifestyle. This work continues with God's guidance and the dedication of the current four missionary families. For additional information and to meet the team, click here.
France
Daniel and Tammy Frerot live in Strasbourg, France and are building relationships with local families, leading them to Christ and encouraging them to spread the Gospel among their families. They are working to plant new churches in the French-speaking world and have already established leadership training classes to equip young men to preach and teach. Their goal is to create more mission points in surrounding cities.
New Zealand
Shiloh Road supports Skylar and Morgan Ely in their efforts to work and spread the Gospel among the people of New Zealand. They are one of four families that are willing to help people discover what it is like to be part of the Church in today's culture and society.
The Church plant is called Discover Church: A church belonging to Christ. You can read and find out more about their work and the people they serve on their website and Facebook page. To receive updates, contact Skylar Ely and he will add you to their newsletter email list.
Mexico
Ricardo and Reyna Alvarez and their family continue to work hard in spreading the good news of Jesus in Mexico. They are currently in Torreon where many are being taught and shown the love of Jesus.
The Shiloh Family also sends support to Ramiro Mares who preaches and teaches the gospel to the people living in the northern part of the city of Hidalgo del Parral.
