Outreach

We seek to Engage Our Neighbors by supporting and and serving others located nearby and throughout the world.

MISSIONS

We seek to be a part of expanding the Kingdom of God by actively supporting mission teams and individuals.  By God's blessing, Shiloh Road is grateful for the opportunity to partner with active mission works in Peru, France, New Zealand, Mexico, Canada, and North Dakota. We also support organizations such as Eastern European Missions, Healing Hands International, Missions Resource Network, Sunset International Bible Institute, Christian Urban Development Association, and the BICA (Bible Institute of Central America).

Peru

Team Arequipa is currently comprised of four families living and working in Arequipa, Peru, a developing city of a million people. This mission outreach was begun in 2008, when Greg and Megan McKinzie and Kyle and Larissa Smith first arrived in Arequipa--and shortly thereafter, the church was established. In order to become better known and involved in the community, CUDA (Christian Urban Development Association), a non-governmental, non-profit, faith-based organization was formed to help overcome cycles of poverty among the working poor. Over time and to further help to share the gospel of Christ throughout the community, Team Arequipa has worked extensively with public schools to better reading comprehension skills and is also involved with public health centers to increase awareness of the benefits to a healthy physical and spiritual lifestyle. This work continues with God's guidance and the dedication of the current four missionary families. For additional information and to meet the team, click here

France

Daniel and Tammy Frerot live in Strasbourg, France and are building relationships with local families, leading them to Christ and encouraging them to spread the Gospel among their families. They are working to plant new churches in the French-speaking world and have already established leadership training classes to equip young men to preach and teach. Their goal is to create more mission points in surrounding cities.

New Zealand

Shiloh Road supports Skylar and Morgan Ely in their efforts to work and spread the Gospel among the people of New Zealand. They are one of four families that are willing to help people discover what it is like to be part of the Church in today's culture and society.

The Church plant is called Discover Church: A church belonging to Christ. You can read and find out more about their work and the people they serve on their website and Facebook page. To receive updates, contact Skylar Ely and he will add you to their newsletter email list.

Mexico

Ricardo and Reyna Alvarez and their family continue to work hard in spreading the good news of Jesus in Mexico. They are currently in Torreon where many are being taught and shown the love of Jesus.

Contact Ricardo via Facebook.

The Shiloh Family also sends support to Ramiro Mares who preaches and teaches the gospel to the people living in the northern part of the city of Hidalgo del Parral.

Canada

Johnathan and Amarylis Ledbetter have been working with their team in Guelph, Ontario for about 2 years now developing relationships and helping the locals come to know the overflowing love of Jesus. The Ledbetters and their team strive to help people in Ontario discover their own personal gifts and talents to answer the call to minister to those around us. Contact Johnathan and Amarylis.

  • Grace memorial fund

In honor of Emma Grace May, the Grace Memorial Fund was established to reach out to families both within and outside the Shiloh congregation suffering an incomparable loss, the loss of a child. It is the mission of the Grace Memorial Fund to demonstrate God's love initially by giving a simple gift, a “Grace box”, while ultimately providing lasting relationships and a network of love.

Opportunities to serve will include prayer, meal preparation, building additional Grace boxes and donations.

To request a Grace Box, or to donate, contact the church office or Erin and Marshall May.
